My brother had passed away and I needed to sell his home. And that is when Patrick Westervelt came into my life. I can’t say enough about him. He was on top of everything making the process so much easier for me. I didn’t have to worry about anything, he handled everything and just gave me a call when I was needed. Even through the whole probate, he always kept me updated and made himself available. He would tell me, “If you need anything, just call” and he meant it, because I did need help with something and there he was! I feel like my small circle of friends just grew by one. I know when I am in the market to buy or sell, I will be calling Patrick.
